The Department of Land Conservation and Development now offers e-mail notice of proposed and adopted changes to local government comprehensive plans and land use regulations. You may subscribe by individual jurisdiction or receive all notices. In order to register for this service, create a user profile here. You can set and change your password, select and change the jurisdictions of interest, and unsubscribe at this location.

All notices provide a summary description of the case, local contact information, relevant file numbers, and other relevant information. Notices of proposed changes include the date of the first hearing. Notices of adoption provide the date of submittal to DLCD.
